If a teen girl is taking birth control, does that mean she's avoiding responsibilities?

she may be taking the contraceptive because it reduces the intensity of her period and thus makes "that time of the month more bearable"; for not only her , but others she has dealings with as well. It may well be deemed quite responsible of her to be taking a contraception as a teen ; taking a contraception ; doesn't automatically mean she is sexually active ; it just means you think she is; and that makes you less responsible.
