Really big mosquito looking bite?

I was sitting on the ground (wood floor) in my room a minute ago and my finger started itching a little. I started to stratch it and didn't pay much attention to it at first until I realized it was swelling up and getting REALLY big. I looked around my body and had several on my legs the same size. What can it be? Should I go to the doctors? My finger is almost all swelled up and there's a huge bump right it in the middle. It's not red or anything and it doesn't itch anymore. Help please??
