What will Republicans do to help the millions of Americans get out of poverty?

Yea,I live in NJ and have visited Camden and Newark and Jersey city and all the other inner city parts of NJ,Governor Christie has made their horrible situation worse by cutting funds to their schools but giving tax breaks to millionaires!
