How can you expect to get better without therapy? You have problems and we all do. They do not dissapear simply from taking medicine. Yes medicine does help I know but you need to also have therapy to change your bad habits that contribute to it. It really helps and if you truly want to get better then you will do everything you can to get better, which includes trying therapy. If you do not at least try it, then you should not complain that your medicine isn't working because you already know where the missing link is.
