Bug bites all over my feet!?

I just moved and recently looked down at my feet to suprisingly see about 20-30 small bug bites...now they are big because of the constant scratching, but whats causing them?! We dont own pets, I dont feel the bites like ants or anything...My grandma said mosquitos?! I doubt they would all fly at my feet...anyone think of what they are? Or where there coming from? (Not my bed, checked)
