Does hitsugaya still feels guilty for stabbing and hurt momo?

I think he's more upset that someone he grew up with, and probably holds dear, is obsessed with a criminal master mind that tried to kill him, her, and so many of their friends. But yeah I bet he doesn't feel good about hurting her either.
