Help Please Herpes Question?

So two days ago i shared a cigerette with this really sketchy girl and then yesterday afternoon i noticed i had this rash above my mouth not like pimples or any herpes looking things but like a rash you would get from scratching a mosquito bite, later when i was showering i noticed something very similar under my penis and abou 80% of my balls are covered in the rash too. I washed it throughly but it was still here this morning, this morning i also noticed the same rash starting from under my eye and im worried now. Is this just a coincidance or is it herpes or possibly something worse? the thing i dont understand is how i can get anything on my penis when all we did is share a cigerrete. theres nothing on my lips just above my mouth like directly under my nose. i put some neosporin cream on it hopefully its just a rash but if anyone ever had this before or knows something please let me know
