How do you come a member of staff for yahoo answers and what is the salary?

Apparently, it is run from a hollowed out volcano on a Pacific Island somewhere .. they recruit only the cream, identified from Mensa web sites and you would have to pass the lie detector test initially ... the good part is, if you get in they'll give you a free pink Rolls Royce and the use of a cockney butler .. how FAB is that?!?
