I'm being eaten alive from bugs!!!! Help!!?

I'm itchy all over. I have bug bites or whatever bites all over me. Literally. Like across my whole right side of back and arms. And then this big tense firm bug bite that goo comes out from. And then mosquito bites. And small bite that itch crazy. And they're coming in the morning after I sleep and wake up from my bed.I bought 2 rats from the store because they're so cute and maybe they're the problem.? Whatever it is I cannot take it anymore. I'm itching while I'm writing this. And feel like crying because this is a serious annoyance. I'm going to sleep in my brothers bed and he's going to sleep in my room so he can see if there is a change. Maybe I'll bring the rats to the basement or to my brothers room also because I want to sleep in peace. Last night I was itching till 1:30 am and finally just slept on the floor but still itched. This morning I found a bug thats brown with lines that look like fish scales and a shell and legs dead in my bed while I was making it. Please help with advice or anything.!!! All answers appreciated!
