I have a vacancy that I need to keep in the section 8 program. Is anyone having problems with the "gosection8?

I'm starting to think that the only way to find a Section 8 tenant now is to pay the monthly fee to the "gosection8" service. I get several "contacts" daily from potential tenants but the email always states that I must join the agency to see who's trying to contact me. What is the best way to advertise to section 8 tenants without joining this "club"? Thanks
