Mosquito bites all over my legs. Are they infected?

I recommend using mosquito cream to dull the itching sensation, it could be that you have scratched them so much they have became infected, but it's difficult to tell without seeing it, you should use some cream or I prefer a device that sends out a small electric pulse and really soothes the pain and itchiness, if they don't look any better in a couple of days after appliance, you should go and see your local doctor as it may be more serious.
