Quit job after few weeks?

Ive got an interview tomorrow at mcdonalds. A family friend said there will be vacancies at the store he works at and as hes high up theres a pretty good chance ill get that, though it isnt for another month. What should i do can i take the mcdonalds job and then quit if i get offered the other one? id rather work for the other one...
