Salt Water potential cure for cancer?

Well ocean water cures everything like cuts and wounds, mosquito bites, and even clears pimples really well. So like salt water can mess with the sells because of the salt in it and i have this theory that if the salt water was inserted or somehow put into contact with cancer sells, it would help......yea it probably wouldnt work i know pretty dumb haha but what do you think
