Swollen bumps all over face.. Help please!?

It started out as 1 little splotch on my face, looking like a mosquito bite (it was also itchy) then I saw 2 more pop up. Then I took a shower and my whole face is now covered with these splotches that make my face look like it's swelling up EVERYWHERE! Including under my eyes. Anyone know what this is? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
